When I'm really stressed out, I find it goes into my shoulder muscles and starts to feel like bunches of tiny needles jabbing away. I discovered that massage and accupressure really helps this situation! And during xmas, I came across the hand held wave action massage at Wave Action Massager (actually, I found it at Sears). It's rather costly ($80 or so) but gad, it does wonders for my back and shoulders (it's heated as well). So if you find yourself with stress-induced pain, you might want to consider it. Tiger balm (which you can get in Costco) is also a great resource - it's a sportsrub that is excellent in manual massages.

Remember, when you're stressed out, your profit bottom line will suffer as well, not to mention your health, your family and more. Thus, take good care of yourself. That's an order!.
