Even if you're an extremely savvy, sophisticated person who can normally see a scam a million miles away...even then, when your emotions get kicked into high gear, you simply want to believe. It's human nature!

The good news is that thanks to some truly terrific peoples on the Internet, there are now bunches of places online that can help you see the so-called opportunity for what they really are. "Fake it until you make it..." "Stay away from dream-killers (ie, your family who sees the flaws in the plan too)" ... "The tools are optional!"...etc.etc.etc.
