Are you old enough to remember the Pick your Path Adventure books from the 1980’s?
Here’s how they worked:
Say it was a book about a safari adventure:
It opens up with the characters in a jeep on the African plains as they begin their jungle safari…
After a couple of pages the reader is asked to make a decision…
“To head north toward the watering hole turn to page 3”
or
“To head east into the jungle turn to page 10”
The reader chooses which path and turns to that particular page. There could be multiple paths and multiple decisions points per book.
