Wow Im sure Independence Day in the US is really a BIG day for every Americans. And it sure deserve some great food for an Independence Day picnic eh. The 4th of July celebrations have always been a special time for my family. We always catch the town’s 4th of July parade and then go to the fair that’s held during the afternoon and early evenings. The smell of the funnel cakes and the Italian sausage are things I always remember from when I was growing up too.

Recently the fireworks have been set to radio music too; that’s always fun to listen to.
