Blazingly BURNING the Candle at 47 Ends

Morning!
And you can tell how zonked I am as it’s almost 6pm tonight. 
I think it’s definite…I’m burning the candle at all possible ends and then some.
I had one hell of a wakeup call at Adult Karate yesterday – my joints were so stiff (yes, I’ve been bad and have been slacking off on me exercising) that I couldn’t complete the sparring.

After hobbling home, I realized I really have to get back to great physical health…and today went to the gym with the husband and also ran the mooses at the park. My gosh, I’m still aching from the stretching I did….but it’s sure as heck about time!
