I think it's just too tempting nowadays to just quickly give the kids a bowl of cereals, and breakfast is done, because of the lack of time we need to cope with every morning.
However, you've given me a great idea with those breakfast bar recipes, I think I'll try to make them the day before, and then they will be served just as quickly as regular cereals, but they're much healthier of course!

Thanks for the link! I wasn't surprised by this either but I thought it was good to see how Consumer Reports rated all of the kids' cereals. And I found it interesting that the same brands have less sugar when they are sold in other countries than when they are sold here in the U.S. FatFighterTV's last blog post..Boca winners!

indeed. cereal's appealing because it's so convenient. a quick breakfast, with no cooking involved. but i think it's probably obvious to many people that it's not the healthiest alternative out there. kouji | capiz's last blog post..haiku poem: poverty (freeplay)
