		<description>You certainly brightens my day with your video, Barbara. ^^ The effects, the babies working out.. gosh, I really should be keeping fit more these days. OH yes, I&#039;ve been to Joanna&#039;s blog several times, the lady knows exactly what she&#039;s talking about. I have full respect of her fantastic writing skills. I&#039;m sure the book is worth a read for sure.
