Today’s Quote of the Day

"Unless you DARE, you will never grow."

– Barbara Ling

Today’s quote of the day (about which I shall write a hell of a lot more later on today) resulted from a lovely email I received last night.

The gist was basically, how DARE you charge for your content!

My.  That certainly took me aback…until I remembered, I cannot control how ANYONE acts…but I can certainly control how I choose to respond.

I’ll cover my response in my followup posting today.  But what I wanted to truly emphasize to you is the following.

If you stay within not only YOUR comfort boundaries…but also your current customers…you will never GROW in your chosen field.

How dare I?

I DARE because I KNOW my value.

I DARE because I am responsible for my family’s well-being.

I DARE because quite frankly, FREE is perceived as VALUELESS.

And I’m not valueless.  NOT by a long shot.

Neither are you!

So for today, I’d like you think on what you WANT to dare…and then determine…what’s holding you back?

The answer might surprise you.

Enjoy,

Barbara Ling
