I can really relate to the ‘being stupid’ part! I look back at my 20s and wonder how I managed to survive so well.

true. as we grow older, our knowledge base increases. and we need not grow weaker since nowadays, with all the information on nutrition and exercise available, there are quite a lot of things we can do to help ensure that as we age, our quality of life further increases.

if i were given the option, i still wouldn’t choose to be young again. i was physically maybe a little bit better off back then, but boy, was i stupid.
