Sometimes, we get quite involved with thinking solely about ourselves.

Hey, it happens; looking out for Number 1 is generally a top priority!

However, there might be outside influences or issues that you're simply not aware of…issues that cause your friends or family etc. to either shut down, remove themselves, act out, etc.

Instead of reacting as though it was a personal hurt, you *can* choose to take the high road and inquire…

"What's going on that's hurting *you*?"

to your friends.

Communication….it rocks!

Thus, the next time you're tempted to write someone off because of their bizarre behavior, take a step (or 932 steps) back and see if you can find out what the real issue is.

It will make both of you feel better.
