Good morning!

It’s now Monday morning, 9/10/12, and yesterday was bizarre in the extreme!

Get this – I actually took (hope you’re sitting down) time off … for ME.

I know I know, what an insane concept!  :)

However, I did NOT get to Frozen Chair Mango state.

What’s that?  You don’t remember frozen chair mangoes?

Well then!  It all started at

I had rather unwisely chosen to crash and burn and missed Dr. Ben’s glorious End of the World Internet marketing event…WAH!

Luckily, I’m recognizing when I get to that state BEFORE I get to that state, which is why frozen chair mangoes are hot.

See, in the Internet Marketing industry until you get to the next level…you’re kinda sorta a company of *one*.

And if you get to frozen-chair mango state, you’re just plain hosed.

Your ability to work with style and grace is reduced to the state of a figuring skating Moose practicing on a field of unset jello.

Not good!

So…frozen chair mangoes are hot when you learn to recognize their approach…and then fend them off so you remain at a highly operational state.  :)

I help myself with this by giving myself permission to step BACK when I get overwhelmed…and write down on sticky notes the MAIN things I want to accomplish.

It sure does help!

And in other news, I just realized the following.

A year ago or so I re-entered the Internet marketing field with http://dailywsos.com …. and now a year later, I find myself expanding that site too!  I’m going to software-reuse everything but the ideas I have…methinks they will be awfully productive indeed.

So grateful I never gave up!

Grow strong,

Barbara Ling
