Insane Luxury: Gourmet Romance at Home – Filet Feast and Maine Lobster Tails

May 8th, 2008 | By Barbara | Category: Insights

Yum!You know the feeling – you’ve been working insane hours when all of a sudden you realize:

“Gosh! Cuddling with my loved one is far more enjoyable than cuddling with my computer! Why flap my earlobes and call me Dumbo, but I’ve been neglecting the One I Love!”

and a special night…you start planning!

But wait, I hear you cry….on what should we plan dining? Sure, we could go out for a night on the town but heck, if my kids actually are SLEEPING and my spouse and I could enjoy gazing into each other’s eyes without the painful hassle of spending $125 to fill up the gas tank…why CAN’T we have a romantic evening at home with 5 star restaurant delicacies?

Well, wonder no more…for you can! Forget about 1-800 Flowers – It’s Lobster Gram to the rescue! You can savor:

  • Two 6-7 oz. Maine Lobster Tails (count ‘em 2!)
  • Two6 oz. Filet Mignon Steaks (….swoon….)
  • One 20 oz. New England Clam Chowder & Two 4 oz. Premium Crab Cakes (…doubleswoon….)
  • One 20 oz. White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake & Colombian Supremo Coffee (1.5 oz.) (did I just hear “Coffee”? SWWWOOOOOONNNNN!)
  • Butter and a Lobster Gram Cooking Manual (gives a whole new meaning to gentle acronym RTFM!)

Now, true. If you have, ahem, stalwart youngsters who look to you for guidance and education (translation – kids aplenty who can’t understand what the other parent has that they lack), the chances of such a romantic escape are, well, nil (unless you break into your neighbor’s house and beg to use their kitchen :) ). But still, it’s such a nice fantasy….wouldn’t you agree?
