Morning!
Yes, it’s definitely true….even I crash and burn every now and then. 
Sunday I finally gave myself permission to (get this!) take a break from the intense pace I’ve been, ahem, enjoying and rest (that is, rest after joyfully frolicking in the searing heat of yesterday).
Let me explain. Oh wait, let me first give my business updates – some of my forum members asked me add more smilies to my Income Fitness boards, so I did! I have over 150 great emoticons that will make writing posts lots and lots of fun.
And the questions being posted are getting better – check out yesterdays:

Life-wise, ever have an insane urge to frolick joyfully in mind-numbing heat? If so, I pity you, or recognize the fac that there must have been an Earth Day celebration in your town too, to which your kids clamored to go.
The good news was, kids had a great time, the bad news was, I didn’t walk the mooses, they walked me. 
They’re getting better about restraining their pulling (now it’s only like walking a freight train instead of an out-of-control freight train) but wow, my biceps will be huge by the end of summer!
And! The local news took a picture of me being walked, so who knows…perhaps we’ll be famous.
Today will be spent writing my Income Fitness book, answering questions at the forums (and remember folks, if you want to generate traffic to your site, post away too!), and working out with the husband.
And that was me Sunday!
