Today’s Make Money Online Tip
Do you know how to build a website?
If you’re running a blog, do you know how to change your WordPress code?
If not, allow me to ask you one simple question….WHY?
I recently had a conversation with a client who told me:
"Barbara, I want to do what you’re doing, multiple streams of income, running a membership site, building up my own brand but I don’t want to learn anything technical."
It baffles me to the extreme, it really does.
Now, I’m all for simple. "Simple" is actually my trademark!
But….refusing to learn how to change that which is making you money online (ie, your website, your blog, what have you….) that’s like a doctor saying, sure, there’s this thing called anesthesia that can make my patients far more comfortable…but I don’t want to learn how to use it.
Or delegate it.
Tell me now…would you cheer on this particular professional because she or he refuses to learn?
Neither would I.
YES, expanding your comfort boundaries can be scary. I know, all my life I’ve been doing that (fun fact – I failed out of computer science in college).
But you know something?
When you give yourself permission to face your fears and learn something of value…quite often, it will become second nature to you in rapid time.
Making money online and building a strong and healthy income…it’s something that gets easier and easier the more experience you choose to obtain.
So….you now tell ME.
