I’m thrilled to announce I was able to attend Adult sparring yesterday for the first time in 3+ weeks! Oh it was great, I’ve missed karate so much. There is such a thing as too much work, I have discovered. :)

Today I awakened to my coffee maker dying an agonizing death while chortling heavily at me. Wah! No coffee for me this morning (which is like no air for other people). Truly this was not an optimal way to start the day!!

However, to the good things – I wrote:

I have to write up my findings, but I’m just utterly exhausted right now. After returning home from a girls’ lunch out, I took my kids on the 2.4 mile circle walk in the rain. Couple that with approximately 4 hours of sleep last night, and it’s a perfect recipe for extreme yawningness. Yawn.

I have to start planning for Camp Ling some year, fun fun fun! And that’s me update for today.
