luckily i was never afraid to touch my wordpress theme eventhough i didn’t had the php nor css coding knowledge …i just made first a test wp site, sort of a playground for testing everything…

Nice, useful tutorial, and what a fun way to present it. As someone who loves to look around under the hood of my themes, and play with things that I might not totally understand (yet), I will totally agree with your premise that experimenting is the best way to learn.
