We all know that if you exercise you burn calories. Fact.
If you burn more calories than you&#039;re consuming you&#039;ll loose weight (unless you have some rare disorder which is extremely unlikely).
Simply dieting might help in the short term, but it&#039;s not a long term solution. You need to look at your lifestyle.
Introducing exercise is fun, envigorating and will burn off those calories. At first it will be hard, especially if you&#039;re over weight, but if you stick with it, you&#039;ll start seeing results and exercise will become progressively easier, to the extent where you&#039;ll start to feel proud of your achievements.
As this article concludes, get over it and get on with it. No excuses. And if you stick with it, you&#039;ll get where you want to be and will be happier for it.
