Never think things are obvious

Hey all,

Today was quite a relaxing day – packed the kids and husband in the MooseMobile and visited me folks!  We all went for the chinese buffet and it was delicious indeed.

Kids got their school assignments – we don’t know any of the teachers.  Wah!  But they certainly cannot wait for school to start – countdown is 10 days from now.  Yay!

Leg-wise, it decided to fall off again.  :(   I’m always being reminded it’s a ticking time bomb….and I hope that fixing it is definitely in my future.

Work-wise – lots there!  First off, I heard that Lesley Fountain passed away from Swine Flu – she was online about the same time i started (back in the late 1990s).  :(   I wrote about that over at

In Memory – Lesley "Maamaw" Fountain

Very sad indeed – I encourage everyone to visit her community and keep it as vibrant as possible.  She touched a lot of lives in a great way.

I’m also just about done with my Income Fitness sales page redo.  Here’s a funny thing – I made the copy sooo clean and neat (the only links at the top are Testimonials and Order) that everyone MISSED the testimonials.

Amazing.   So!  I dashed up a web 2.0 button like so:

saying Never think things are obvious

and hopefully that will make things much more clear.

I used this tutorial:

Design Glossy Web 2.0 Button in Photoshop

to create it.

More later when time allows!  Right now, I’m falling asleep on my keyboard – I’ll see y’all tomorrow.

Enjoy,

Barbara ling
