It’s official – if you run yourself down, you can offer zero benefits to your kids!!

Thus, even though we are all SuperMom and SuperDad….we should always take be smart enough to take care of SuperUs.

Never run yourself down when being godlike for your family!  Learn your limits and implement them wisely.

Did you know there’s a national Parents Day too?

It’s the 4th Sunday of every July.
