Morning!

What would you do if you were handed a pamphlet to ban water?  Laugh hysterically…or sign like the folks did below?

Penn And Teller Get Hippies To Sign Water Banning Petition

Let me tell you – that was eye-opening in the extreme!

How many times have you been swayed by the ‘heat of the moment’, so to say, or by a desire to follow the crowd, to do something, well, really really idjut-totic?

What does your network say?

Enjoy,

Barbara

Hi Barbara – wasn’t that amazing.  Some people even signed it without asking any questions at all.  It just shows many people will do anything if others around them are doing it.

So very very very VERY true!! That’s one thing I’m trying to teach my kids to AVOID – the classic case of “not thinking things through.”

It takes a lifetime to learn, you know. :)

Happy Saturday, Barbara

Oh wow, I’d like to say that’s unbelievable, but it’s not. Most people are simply joiners.  When I lived in Washinton, DC I was constantly asked to sign all of sorts of things as I walked down the street.  I wouldn’t sign unless I understood exacly what they were talking about and I agreed with their viewpoint.
