Saturday day of exciting video marketing – it’s NOT scary at all

My gosh, I’m running at 839 MPH in ascending my vertical learning curve – what an adventure it’s been!

First off though, let’s cover the joys of Video Marketing (wheeee!)  Behold my first attempt at making an amazingly soul-searingly magnificent video:

Now, do keep in mind – this is the FIRST time I’ve EVER created a video!  Because my beloved Twitter Budgies twitter up a storm in my office, I had to record the audio from my daughter’s office and teach myself both Audacity, Camstudio AND advanced power point too!

Now, you have to remember…I have been shunning video marketing now ever since the late 1700s. 

But!  With the prelaunch of my Income Fitness Blueprint, I simply HAD to get SOMETHING done in VIDEO.  Tons of people (minus yours truly) adore video…so it just made good Business Sense.

So!  I’ll be writing more about this in another post, but in a nutshell, I:

1. Wrote the script
2. Designed the slides in powerpoint
3. Added in power point animation
4. Recorded the script via Audacity
5. Added that script to Windows MovieMaker
6. Fired up CamStudio
7. Started the Powerpoint slide show, played the audio script and recorded the slide show in Windows Movie Maker
8. Blended the audio and the movie together
9. Published the video

And that was it!  Wasn’ that a delightful way to spend my past few days? 

Karate-wise, I missed adult class again alas.  Hopefully I can make this week’s class too…but I’m not counting on it.

Family-wise, kids are doing peachy!  They love writing and making videos and drawing their dreams to paper….it’s been a very lazy yet enjoyable summer.  We’ll see how Sunday goes!
