		<description>i&#039;m impressed by how far you&#039;ve come. and it&#039;s great to see that you emphasize the importance of staying active. sometimes i feel that nowadays too much attention is focused on the eating part. so the work feels more like an exercise in starvation.
 
when actually, the activity part can be quite enjoyable. after a while, after getting used to it, i find that it feels good to be moving, and pushing my body little by little. great for the energy and the mood as well. :)
