I actually rested yesterday.
Yes indeed, any physical activity was limited to running the mooses and the children in the local park (plus pushups of course) but beyond that…I just took it easy indeed!
Oh! Wait, that’s not totally true…well actually, it IS…I find writing to be "taking it easy" too. I’m well on the way of growing my latest book Income Fitness – the ideas are flowing fast and enjoyable and it’s really quite superb. Thought of some useful additions during the night as well, which I’ll begin when I’ve taken care of the morning duties.

Kids are doing peachy as are the mooses and the Twitter budgies. Today is our karate dojo’s demo practice which is always fun – the other karate moms have quite a lot to say.
