Trigonometry, common sense, home theater, more

It never fails – my kids strive to produce grey hairs on me when adult sparring is NOT an option for major extreme anger release. :)

Sometimes I have to wonder just how parents manage to raise their kids to adulthood without losing their sanity. It’s truly a challenge!! One of my kids showed empathy worthy of a cactus yesterday (demonstrating a common sense level of non-existence), while the other had reality deliver a front-kick to the teeth in the guise of a lousy math test score. I will admit, I far prefer them to suffer now in the early grades as opposed to high school and college, but wow…it’s maddening to the extreme.

In other news, work is happily moving along and income is increasing. I still have those World of Warcraft guides I need to review. Interestingly enough, there are very few Clickbank products regarding Second Life.

Today is Brazilian Juijitsu (yay!) and later on, adult self-defense. Hopefully (hope hope!) we’ll have time for sparring so I can release all my, ahem, not-exactly-positive emotions via massive pummeling. :) This weekend I’ll be attending a karate competition to take pictures of our dojo’s kids; should be enjoyable.

Back to work,

Barbara

ps – speaking about Trigonometry:
