"When bittersweet, turn to the Tweet!"

– Barbara Ling

Betcha you’re wondering why, eh?

Well, it’s been now 6? days since my site has been eaten by Akismet (and all of my comments are going into the spam directory).

I’ve tried contacting the Akismet developers over at

Akismet Contact

That worked last year, but has resulted in zero communication this year.  Wah!  ‘course, with 3 bazillion blogs online, I can understand that…but still, the end result is my blog is in Blacklisted Hell.

So….today I decided to track down the developer of Akismet, and sent the following tweet:

Can someone please ask @photomatt to drop me a line – trying to resolve an issue

Hopefully this will help!

Twitter is a superb resource for all-around help; I remember when my son got a tick-bite, I posted a frantic request for help and within minutes, received several excellent suggestions.  I never did forget that!

I’ll keep y’all posted….hopefully my blog can be removed from the Akismet blacklist today!

Enjoy,

Barbara Ling
