Under the weather

Quick update – methinks I’ve overdone it a weee bit exertion-wise.  I’m feeling quite non-healthy and will probably go on Mommy Shutdown shortly.  Tomorrow is Brazilian Juijitsu as well as adult karate sparring; can’t miss that!
