I suppose the most 'oh my' moment was in my recent upgrade of wordpress and lost the whole site.  I almost went into melt down but thankfully I had done a backup and was able to restore but not without the help of my hosting co. What will I remember to do.... disable my plugine (which I think was the problem) and remember to do a backup. I will also keep a list of all those 'important' must have details on file so I don't have to think about them each time. p.s.
