Well actually… I’m writing on Thursday, close to 11pm.
My apologies for missing yesterday’s newsletter – I was more down and out than a sleeping moose who refused to move.

Thing is:
Self care.
I recognized the above fact… and dedicated today (well, yesterday) to being good to myself.
Things I did in between times and such:
Made this post!
So! Relatively unique day. No gym, no weight lifting, no preparing for 2019 IronWoman World competitions….
Instead, blue fluffy housecoat all the way day!
Good things included: Husband brought home Costco sausages. Wow, those are tasty! AND, he also brought back another collection of the HoneyCrisp apples.
Alas, I will confess – I did sneak in another round of appreciating my Fatal Flaw – Nerds candy. Tasted good going down but really do have to internalize that in this case, it was simply added calories who initial short term pleasure of consuming was, well, in the grand scope of things… not worth it.
Also! Got the draft version of my latest compete – it’s a very powerful…. Hollywood-worthy epic journey that recounted my story from long long ago, when it was a period of civil war…..
Rebel spaceships, striking from a hidden base, had won their first organic search victor against the evil Forces that had promised to do NO evil. During the battle, however, my trusty well-seasoned (think venerably aged) Mooses of all variety (Kingly, Court Jestering and more) managed to steal secret plans to the Empire’s ultimate weapon, the DEATH STAR, an armored space station with enough power to wipe out organic search for all eternity…..
Intriguing stuff, wouldn’t you say?
Add to that good interactions with family…
And while some things (cough cough gym cough) could have been better, ah well….
Still above ground! How was your evening?
