Well, not quite – its 6:30pm on Sunday.
Such an, ahem, interesting night yesterday.
Sleep finally emerged around 4am? or so.
Wheeeee!
And the snow storm that was supposed to happen…. well, it didn’t.
Had good talks with the husband, however, so yay there!
Spent the day mostly relaxing and working and repeating and ALSO…
I watched IpMan again!
Do you remember that movie? It was released in 2008 and back then, I thought it mainly to be simply a martial arts movie.
Just watched it again today and realized its SO much more:
- Dynamics between spouses
- Dynamics between kids
- The realization that hunger brings warring factions together
And much much more.

Happily working on my Sunday newsletter.
Spent time with my friend from highschool yesterday and it was just grand. Reminisced a lot…talked about current and future stuff… really good things.

I re-watched a terrific animation from 2002 – Balto 2 – Wolf Quest:
and it was SO good. Highly recommend it!!
The basic story was about a wolf/husky pup who needed to find *who* she was:
“For one of the first times in my career, I’m using my wakefulness not for work, but to revisit inspirations of the past.
Balto 2 came out in 2002 and focused on Balto’s daughter, Aleu, who is both wolf and husky. As my kids are the product of 2 great cultures, (and as I view the wolf to be my spirit guide), I found great inspiration in the message within the entire animation.
It’s been over a decade since I’ve seen it… but the message present is still as important as it ever was –
It’s not “what” you are… it’s *who* you are in your heart that makes the difference in this life.
Highly recommended! (and yes, I built the image from a composite of several stills.)”

… after an earlier nap, I found myself filled with 140% powered up energy and completed several sales pages plus blueprints plus… a whole bunch o ‘goodness!
And I will admit – I’ve had the BEST parts of the below (starts at 0:55) on repeat during all that work and OMG it has been SO inspiring! (especially the line, Take my hand! (i’ve included it in my sales copy…)

Told that to my husband during dinner. 🙂
We went out for dinner and I wrote:
“One of the greatest joys in life – going out to dinner with one’s spouse and being able to discuss where either I or he dropped the ball during the past 25 years, what we could have done better, what we could have done worse….
… and realizing that we sure did make the right choice when we got married 25 years ago.”
It’s SO true!
