Actually, it’s almost Monday (’tis around 11:55pm or so).
Unfortunately, wasn’t able to get out to the gym today. 🙁
Yesterday’s sleep was notable by the lack of it, so I took things very quiet indeed.
However, I WAS inspired to write:
“My gosh. The amount of childish insanity in politics these days… coupled with folks from my niche piling it on (I mean jeez, we’re marketers, we should *recognize* when we’re being fooled and pulled into the Invisible Mob of “Internet Justice”…
… well, it’s sickening.
It really is.
You’d (think/hope/pray/sacrifice cups of coffee to the gods/etc.etc.etc.) that so-called adults would/could/should behave in ways that do NOT resemble the bullying grossness of one’s younger years.
And before anyone says, oh its Trump’s fault because people follow his example…
==> Remember, we are all *adults* who own 140% of our own behavior.
I don’t care HOW Trump/Obama/theLastSeveralBillionPoliticians/etc behave…
The facts are, ideally you actually are an *adult* and *capable* of rational (I’ve given up on ‘calm’) behavior.
How can y’all (generic y’all mind you) act as you do… and not have it bother you that *that’s* the example you’re providing for your family?
It boggles the mind. It seriously does.
Btw, I was inspired to create this post when I saw one of my colleagues post a comparison photo of a horse laughing to, I suppose, a woman politician.
Women, men, gender, race, etc. – its pathetic to InternetMobIze.
What’s your take?”
Seriously, it gets unbeleepable as to just how adults will behave.
I always ask myself (when it comes to myself) – would the action I am considering….
- Would it make my husband proud of me?
- Would it make my parents proud of me?
- Or my kids?
And then I base future actions off of whatever the answer to the above might be.

Had to take both the Kingly Moose and the Court Jester Moose to get their vaccines:
As you can tell, the Kingly Moose was NOT amoosed.
And… when we got to the vet, his back legs gave out again. 🙁 He got better a bit afterwards but yep…
… character-building it was.
And the baseball that’s hibernating inside my ankle seems to have now migrated over to the right side of my left foot…
Charming. Sigh.
This will be my version of FAME. Do you remember that show from the 1700s?
It’s great to have on repeat.
Must get to gym tomorrow!
