Whatever it is that you desire, you must spell it out as well!

It’s Saturday!
Actually, gnope – it’s still Friday around 6:00pm and….
Friday finally saw my back much better.
As you might remember, I threw out my back because the Kingly Mooses’ hind legs gave out at 10pm on 8/13/19…. and I had to help him up the rather long stairs.
Pushing/carrying/etc a 120 pound moose is NOT a fun (or wise) thing to do!
I’d do it again, mind you (as would any mooseParent) but still….
Ouch!
In other news, we had a really rude individual pollute one of the groups that I admin (for piggyMooses). Gave the person one chance to delete their hurtful comment/apologize – they didn’t, I swung the mighty BanHammer and voila.
Meanie is gone.
I do *not* tolerate jerks in any of my groups!

Actually, gnope – it’s still Sunday around 5:50pm and….
Sunday was quite exciting indeed!
Lessee. First, I decided to treat myself and go to the movies to see the action version of the DennisAndBarb show:
Hobbs and Shaw!
To wit:
True, Dennis and I would be ‘way more athletic and action oriented, but hey.
They did good, considering…. they’re not us. 🙂
It was just soooooooo over the top and silly – ’twas quite a fantastically good time. 🙂
Came home to a rather irate customer and behold my response.
Couple of things to note.
First, if you’re going to ask for a refund… it’s really quite good form NOT to be rude and insulting.
I mean, do people go around thinking, “Jeepers! I wonder what is the very best way NOT to get a refund”, do that way, and hit SEND?
It reminds me of just how horrible some folk can be to retail workers or customer service or anyone….
Just not good all around.
I posted it to Facebook (blanking out the ID of course) over at:
… and you can see the discussion that resulted.
Interestingly enough, the guy contacted me with *why* was dispeased. Here’s another one of my answers:

I appreciate your comments. Here’s the thing about cheatsheets – they’re generally 1 page (which I specified 3 times on the sales page) and serve a *specific* purpose.
Buyers of my products range from the experienced who can handle just 1 page (and know how to use the resources listed to teach themselves) to folks kinda sorta experienced (hence the first upsell) to folks who want all the research done for them (the second upsell) to the really really REALLY inexperienced (the third upsell) and those who want a full-blown blueprint (both the first and last upsell).

Another powerful takeaway…
When some emails you and is rude/abusive… it *might* be the fact you were a very convenient outlet for that person’s rage. Its still no excuse, and if that person has any sense of common sense courtesy, they’ll send a followup email to apologize.
We’ll see because… you know….
These things happen.
It sounds corny to say, product creators are people like you and me, but honestly…
Being mean NEVER solves anything. Well, perhaps it *does*… but seriously, life is just too darned short to waste one’s resources on rudeness.
