A very good way for dealing with that is after one side says something, the other side *repeats back* what is heard.
And then they ask, Did I get it right?
And if so… the other side then says, okay, here’s my response.
And the first side says, Did I get it right?
And you go back and forth this way.

It compelled me to make this video:
It was very important for me to make it…
Because quite honestly, not only is the world a better place because you’re in it….
Chances are, if you give yourself 24 hours and see if you can get thru it… or call a friend, family, or the suicide prevention hotline at 1-800-273-8255 ….
Most likely you will still be around tomorrow to re-evaluate your ideas.
Remember – there is no shame in depression, mental illness, anxiety, or any of the conditions that make people feel all hope is lost.
