Don’t F with MamaBear (aka, me).
Yesterday, I received an email from someone about my products which basically read, these are just Google links, I want my money back!
Now, I’m always happy to refund, but I always first clarify the fact that only 1 of my products are mainly found-for-you resources on Google so you don’t have to search.
This was the response:
“This is worthless. I want my money back.”
My response was:
“Good morning Tina!
> This is worthless. I want my money back.
I processed the refunds and then proceeded to blacklist the person involved (aka, they can not purchase from me again).
See, the thing is:
It’s a privilege for me to have great customers.
AND… it’s a privilege for people to BE my customers.
Be a tweeblehead in treating me … and I will fire you as my customer faster than teenagers can angst.

Vendors, like customers, are people too. Treat us nice, and we will return the favor 10-fold!
Treat us bad, and that’s the last you will see of us (well, me, in particular).
Elsewhere in Lingland, like all parents, I experienced some character-building times however, it’s definitely my kids’ hero journey to walk. Very proud of all of them!
I ended up playing the soundtrack to Pacific Rim … 23 times or so (its length is 57 minutes), so that worked out grand.
And my latest is going grand! Remember:
In under 48 hours or so, I managed to update the 6 core parts of my Amazon Prime Day goodie…
You might remember I had first created it in honor of my father, 4 days after he passed away in 2015.
Back then, I had asked myself, how could I best remember him…
And because he’s an entrepreneur, I figured I would do what he would have done and realize…
The show must go on! One cannot let mourning stop one from supporting one’s family.

Friend #3 launched into a full-blown attack, sprinkled in with several “Don’t respond, don’t PM me.”
Like… huh?
I don’t play that game.
My friendship and counsel is *gold*.
And if someone decides to attack me… gnope.
I refuse to play that game, once again.
The facts are, when it comes to drama, any energy I have for that gets directed towards my family.
I don’t do drama.
I *do* do rational, calm discussion.
