Ah yes, it’s Monday!
Actually, gnope its still Sunday evening at around 10:40pm.
I had this wonderful idea of going sleep at 7pm….
… and you can see how great that worked. 🙂
Hopefully I can still get up early today – I need to get my rear in gear with regards to my next launch.
Sometimes though, when I tackle other aspects of it… I have this need to ‘repair’ the challenges of the past week or so.
You know how it is… you get this idea in your mind and boom.
You just can’t move forward until you’ve solved it!
And that’s pretty crummy behavior. In a nutshell, you are self-sabotaging your own future success!
And you know…. you deserve ‘way better for yourself. And from yourself!
Self-care is so important and unfortunately… its something we sometimes forget to gift ourselves with.
So what I try to do these days… upon waking up and caffeinating myself, I’ll turn on my inspirational music right away for background white noise.
I’m internalizing that whenever I hear this music, it means that it is time for *me*. And it helps to put me “in the mood” (zone?) so to say as well.
Are you taking good care of yourself? If not, remember.
You simply cannot pour from an empty cup.
