Insane wind storm here. I’ve heard that this half of the US is experiencing very weird weather indeed.
Thing is…
Soup.
If there’s going to be a great big storm, one *must* have soup.
So the husband and I went to the Chinese grocery store:
He’s the one who got the civilized boxed lunch.
I, instead, got a whole heaping bunch of soup bones, and then boiled them up for hours.
Put the covered pot outside and this morning, all the fat rose to the surface making it easily skimmable.
That will be the husband’s breakfast for this morning. Me, I’ll probably have it for lunch.
And! Got to the gym:
While slow, it was a go.
