Infoproduct Ease
- Q:
How Can You Create A Complete Product?
- A:
Learn From The Masters - It's Easy!
Ah, the
joys of creating one's very own infoproduct! Often including an e-book
(document that's downloadable via the Internet and is either read on the
computer or printed out), infoproducts range from simply an ebook to software
additions, form letters, customized usages ideas and more. Your possibilities
are limitless!
What's
so great about infoproducts? Well, because they can be delivered digitally,
you can create your own infoproduct and sell the electronic version on
the Internet! If you want to own your own products and sell them infoproducts
can make a lot of sense (not to mention profits). I've done several myself
- The Internet Recruiting Edge, The
Real Estate Pro's Internet Edge and more. Both of these products
have garnered high acclaim in their respective industries.
Actual
Infoproduct Creation
Creating
an infoproduct ....well, lots of things can go into it.
Ebooks
are simply products that are delivered digitally. If you want to product
something peole can actually touch and feel and mark up with a pen, then
you need to consider costs such as:
- Binders
- Printing
- Cover
Art
- Audio
Tapes
- CDROMs
- Fulfillment
- Postage
- Etc.
My first
infoproduct, The Internet Recruiting Edge, has grown into a 3 volume
printed series, complete with CDROM. I use Corporate Graphics for
printing at 908-725-0600, ask for Paul (superb service) and Reed
Presentations for binder creation. In addition, Tom
Hapgood designed my cover art for The Real Estate Pro's Internet
Edge.
Before
jumping into the infoproduct creation idea, I highly recommend you first
lurk and post questions at entrepreneuring boards such as the Entrepreneur's
Success Board. This can save you thousands of dollars of pain and agony...by
listening and learning from your fellow business peers, you probably won't
make the mistake of misjudging your audience orgetting scammed.

great idea to learn from the masters is to review case studies of those
entrepreneurs who have made it work. Two superb resources include Ron
Ruiz's Business Fast Lane - access to his website

online and off.

Another
neat thing about infoproducts and ebooks is that you can titillate the
customer's interests and expectations by creating a compelling graphic,
just like a actual physical software box or cover! If you aren't familiar
with Photoshop, by all means, check out Killer
Covers - it provides a very simple interface to create
professional-looking quality artwork easily and inexpensively...
