Yet
another BPTTP ezine (in other words, brief pithy and to the point).
Our
last RISE ezine unmasked some truly wonderful resources online for job
sites and recruiting. But researching online can be put to other uses as
well! Consider how you stand out from other recruiters or companies....quite
often, displaying the breadth of your knowledge regarding your client needs
can set you apart from your typical recruiting professional (human nature
being what it is, we all prefer to deal with smart vendors as opposed to
ordinary ones).
Besides
solving hiring dilemmas, what else do your clients need to do? Probably
resolving management issues, implementing performance reviews, dealing
with conflict resolution and the like. Think of how impressed your clients
will be if you can offer these resources to them for free! And here's how
you go about it.
