Morning all!
Today’s thought to share deals with 100 pushups.
You’ve probably seen sites like
right? The premise is simple – work out and train your body until you can do 100 pushups in a row.
Believe it or not, that’s not difficult at all. I should know – I just DID 100 pushups.
Okay, true, they were in batches of 30 and 20 and 10. Generally I can bash out 30 pushups at once time, then rest for a minute, then do 20, rest again, then 10, etc. But all pushups really take it building your arms/back/chest and taking it one day at a time.
Pullups, now – those are truly challenging (but not impossible!). At my peak, I was able to do 4 at one time! Don’t laugh – it took me many months of working out to achieve that. 🙂 Alas, my physical condition has slipped and I’m back down to 1, but give me time!

Getting yourself into shape is just plain common sense – I hope the above resources are helpful. Give yourself a month or so of dedicated , and doing 100 pushups should become a snap. That’s my goal today!
Enjoy,
