Both dofollow and nofollow are good
I personally think both are good – it's not only Google who follows your links, it's people too who might then be inspired to mention you in *their* posts/articles as well. No Follow vs Do Follow… |

Definitely use shortcodes
They really can help. The Roll Your Own AR service I use (followup autoresponder pro) lets you write multiple lines for your shortcodes unlike (I think?) aWeber. So I have my multiline |
