Freakin’ takin’ it ’till it hurts and begging for more - do you have what it takes to make money online?

Imagine the following!
You’re holding yourself at tensely rigid attention and one teacher takes a massive swing at you!
Being new at self-defense, you move to counter 3 seconds AFTER the punch connects with your side. Fool, yells the other teacher; stand like THIS and try it again! Bash comes the next blinding hit, this time on your right bicep as you counter from lying face down on the floor (which traveled at the speed of light to meet your face). Idjut! you’re gently informed, you need to flow! Hit him again! And so on, and so on, until you’re pounded into the ground with two separate right feet planted on your heaving chest.
Do you give up?
This was one of the many truly hilarious (for me) scenes that leaps out at you from the Jackie Chan/Jet Li movie Forbidden Kingdom. Oh was that wondrously glorious!! I could SOOOOO relate to the martial arts training scenes (especially the “let’s use our bo-staff to like a hoe to brain our opponents! Wheeee!”) and the feeling of, omigosh this is gonna hurt hurt hurt ARGH!!!!!! Must pick up self and try again ARGH!!!!!!! Okay, must creak and grown oneself to face off one more time and WHOMP my gosh, that floor feels soooo nice to my face I don’t think I ever want to get up!
So what does this have to do with making money on the Internet?
Believe it or not, plenty. Being beaten into the ground is demoralizing physically….and trying and trying to find that magic formula for succeeding online and supporting your family can be just as disheartening as well….IF….you choose NOT to learn from it.
How many times have you tried this magic secret or that magic portal or the other “guaranteed not to fail!” idea that chips away at your self-confidence faster than mosquitoes zero in on your tasty flesh in the midsummer nights?
Well?
As an extremely successful online entrepreneur myself, I can truly say that I owe a good many of my successes to my abysmal failures in the past.
Why?
Because the only way you can learn it to try, fail, analyze, learn, try again, fail again, analyze, learn….and keep on rinsing and repeating until you finally achieve the success of which you know you’re capable.
I call this, taking it ’till it hurts and then when you’re on the floor, begging for more because you KNOW you’re internalizing the knowledge to succeed in the future.
Sure it’s painful, and sure you’re going to sport black and blue marks or a noticeable lack of verbal communication while you lick your wounds….but you emerge stronger, smarter and in a far better position to seize triumph in the future.
If you’re trying to make money online, it’s a safe bet to say you’re an entrepreneur. But do you have what it takes to be a SUCCESSFUL entrepreneur?

Discovering your personal inner business strength is a hero’s journey like none other. IF (and only IF) you possess the emotional and spiritual strength to handle it….your success will be that much more achievable.
Personally speaking, I’ve taken the hits regarding making money online now for years and years and years….and I know I will always be successful based upon my past experiences. Right now, I ‘take the hit’ when I’m learning Martial Arts - I’m extremely proud of the fact that even when I was petrified of being pounded into the ground, I chose to face my fears, learn, and improve.
