Gadgets, sparring, trig and joy

Oh I’m tired and I ache. Because I don’t participate in karate when there’s only short kids around, I spent most of the class balancing on one foot. While that was quite useful, methinks I overdid it a weee bit – sparring at the end of the day was fun but afterwards, wow, my ankles demanded a recount. But I’m feeling more alive this morning.

Had a good Brazilian Juijitsu class; got happily bruised on my arms. And I’m doing quite well with my sites and blogs. Learning a lot too; it’s amazing the strides that are being achieved in technology and education.

Today is basics for the kids and kendo sparring for me, if me ankle lets me. We’ll see. Oh, and my family is now senior blue (yay!). Hard to believe that come May, we’ll have been practicing karate for a year.

Time to make the donuts,

Barbara
