Holiday stress, pushups, Twitter rants, Ikea and more

Morning,

I’m ‘way out of condition. During the summer, I could knock off 50 pushups with no problem. I have to get back into that. And during yesterday’s circle walk, I was chatting with my kids and realized one problem I had with sparring; I still mentally think, no proactive head contact; hence, I’m wide open to get slammed. Argh. I keep forgetting in the adults class, you don’t have to be a black belt for head contact. Double argh.

Oh well, live and learn. Familywise, kids had a great time in our secular easter activities – dyed eggs, dyed themselves, played games, etc. The husband and I had a great time talking about various life and liberty things; it’s nice to connect several times during the day.

Workwise, I wrote:

Today will be kid time at IKEA (yes, my kids love going to IKEA or Home Depot or Lowes for family trips, go figure), writing, site building and planning my online April Fools joke. What I’m considering will take one heck of a lot of effort.

Time to make the coffee,

Barbara

ps – speaking about stress!
