Morning!
The sun is shining (not), the birdies are mooing (not) BUT! the Twitter Budgies are yammering up a racket, even if it’s only 4:32am. Time to start the day!
Work is moving along swimmingly. I wrote about making money with a coffee blog among other things, am redoing BarbaraLing.com , and discovered that one of my mentors was trained in martial arts by the same individual who once trained Gary Alexander. Talk about a small world!
Kid-wise, the weekend situation was resolved and kid rebounded beautifully. Another kid forgot her workbook at school, so I had her use Google to search out answers. Online searching skills are truly a boon in this day and age.
Martial-arts wise, today is my megaDay - BJJ in the morning, and then advanced karate and kendo and adult sparring in the evening. I think my attitude is evolving a wee bit - before, I wanted to beat the individuals up against whom I went…now, I’m more concerned with simply excelling for the sake of improvement. True, while it would give me boatloads of delight to actually counter several of the superb fighters at my dojo, it’s not my main priority anymore. I guess I’m growing up. 
And yesterday was the first time in 1.5 weeks that I was able to go to the gym and bash my body with the weights - I’m still feeling it today. Great workout!
Time to enjoy the coffee,

Hi all great information here and good thread to comment on. Might I inquire, however - how on earth did you ever get this picked up and broadcasted into Google News?
