I came up with this quote yesterday when I was chatting about fear. Truly, the unknown can be scary beyond belief, because your MIND is what creates the ferocious fire-breathing dragons from the wisps of smoke that ascend from the toaster in the dark.
Put another way – we humans have an incomparable ability to really freak ourselves out with "what ifs".
It truly stifles our creativity! But once you give yourself permission to face it squarely with head held up high…you often see the fear truly WAS built up in your mind.
