Morning all!
Today’s thought to share involves something near and dear to your heart:
YOU!
You see, yesterday saw me comatose for the majority of the day – I either came down with the 24 hour virus or food poisoning or what have you. End result – most of the day was spent sleeping in bed, and giving myself a chance to recover.
I’m pleased to announce I’ve returned to the land of the living. But that adventure did highlight to me the following key thingee:
Take time to be good to YOURSELF as well as being the mainstay for your family and friends.
When you’re flattened like a cupcake challenging an 18 wheeler to "bring it on", you become of zero use not only to yourself but to those who depend upon you as well. Thus, your goal should be moderation…and listen to your body whenever possible.
Trust me, your physical health will thank you for it.
