Weaker than a newborn kitten

Morning all,
Alas, I simply do not have even the energy to the left available to me. Wah!
After 2 days of a terminal case of extreme illness, I *think* I’ve finally turned the corner. Instead of my nose attempting to win the NYC marathon, my sneezing/sniffling has quieted down and I’m simply just plain wiped out today.
Still, being above the ground is certainly a better option than the alternative!
I did give myself permission to ignore both my good eating habits and my usual fitness workouts yesterday, and lived on hot soup and butterscotch chips. Today I plan on being nice and quiet and simply getting easy work done.
Yesterday was a wee bit productive, however! I did write:
- 21 Superb SEO Blogs of Star SEO Professionals
- Prevent thieves from stealing your affiliate commission
- GIMME MONEY! We’re too fat and lazy to work so we blame obesity.
- Hell Froze Over
and also added to my Dark Side of Making Money customer care followup too.
I was so exhausted yesterday that Honorable Husband took 2 of my kids to Aikido yesterday with strict instructions to the kids at home to "let Mom sleep – she’s really sick." ‘course, 3 minutes after they left, my boys had an argument about World Hunger and the Recession "who should close the basement door" which of course required zooming into my bedroom, waking me up, and demanding an answer. Sigh. Both kids are banned from their computers now for 2 days as a consequence for not working things out among themselves.
The joys of parenting! But I digress.
Anywhos, today will be nice and quiet (she said, completely deluding herself). I hope to get the first Income Fitness workout started…perhaps on the topic of blogging, SEO and local businesses. We’ll see.
Enjoy,
Barbara Ling

Barbara,
I’m glad you are feeling better and I’m so impressed with your work ethics. If I feel as bad as you seemed to, I couldn’t anything done, except pull the covers over my head and sleep.
I like your site…there’s so much to do. I’ll have to explore later.
I enjoyed the story about your boys, even if they did wake you; it so classic kids! Mine are out the home, but I still have a cat and dog who are very willing stand-ins…and they have strict schedules regarding food. The dog wakes me by shaking her ears (which is amazingly loud) and the cat…well, she simply jumps on me and meows. No peace for the weary :~)
Now that I’ve found your site, I’ll be back….
Thanks for your kind words! If the girls had been around, they would have prevented my boys from waking me…but they were at Aikido. Oh well, lesson learned. Thanks for stopping by! Barbara
