Personally, I believe that flowers for Mom are truly a cheap cop-out. Honestly now, what do flowers REALLY mean except:
"Jeepers, I'm incapable of a unique thought in my life, so I bought you something that required no thought whatsoever!"

My husband asked about my favorite foods…and then he and my kids made me lobster for the day. And my children – they created a scrapbook of memories and also wrote a very silly yet truly enjoyable faerie tale…about our dojo and karate senseis.
It had me rolling on the floor, let me tell you!
Something personal…something that shows you really and honestly care about your mom….something from the heart!
