Welcome!
Chances are, if you’ve arrived on this page it’s because of Liz Strauss’ wonderful Blog-to Show? Showcase Your Blog at Successful-Blog July 26-27!
This extremely giving idea of Liz’ centers upon introducing one’s blog to her community.
And what better way for someone to achieve that then to roll out the welcome mat?
With that, let me introduce you to me blog!
First off, my name is Barbara Ling, and I’m:
- A mom of 4
- Entrepreneur since 1997
- Online trainer/motivational speaker
- Coffee worshiper
- Blogger powered by TwitterBudgie
and a whole lotta more things – you can read my full bio over at my About Me! page. Not only that, but you can also follow me on Twitter and Stumbleupon, too – I love networking with like-minded folk.
My blog audience includes people who:
- Want to get the edge in their niche
- Enjoy blogging and networking
- Want to make money online
- Appreciate the more zany aspects of raising kids
- Love sharing knowledge
With that as an admittedly, ahem, short? introduction, let me tell you a bit about my blog, and where you can get the best benefits for yourself.
My blog is divided into the following several categories. Surprised you there, I know. 
First off, every morning now I write an Engaging Thought of the Day – this provides you with one neato topic with which you can surprise your friends and engage your network in discussion.
Topics in the past have dealt with the joys of PMS, the patriotic roots of coffee, and iPhones, to mention a few.
It can be lots of fun!
Next, I’d like to invite you over to my affiliate marketing section. I’ve been making money online now since 1997…and share lots of great tips and tricks that I’ve discovered from my 10+ years of experience. One of the things you’ll notice is that:
I believe the silliest question is the one you refuse to ask!
Everyone was a beginner at one time, including Bill Gates and Steve Jobs and Einstein and … you get the picture. Thus, I encourage folks to ask away! Some of the most creative posts include:

I’m not exactly new here – well maybe newish – but this was interesting! 4 kids, coffee lover… I feel so close to you right now.
